Time to deliver
Each doormat is produced to order and has a delivery time of 2-3 weeks. No shipping costs will be charged. Shipping takes place from the producer, with the shipping company DPD. In this way, additional costs, time and emissions are saved.

If you have not received your order within 3 weeks, please contact us at info@artofmats.nl so that we can check the whereabouts of your package. It is currently not possible to place an order outside the Netherlands.

If the mat is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. Email us with a photo of the damaged package, the damaged mat and your order number.
